New EP Release soon

Karmachain is a Grunge rock band out of Asheville. The band plays a variety of grunge, punk, metal, and classic rock covers. They also include their own songs in a similar style. This is a solid, hard rock band featuring the powerhouse vocals of Abbe Davis, and a tight pocket of hard rock, metal-punk, and grunge band members. The band includes: TB Deterine on lead guitar, James Kale on bass, and Matt Livengood on drums. Karmachain is getting attention lately for their own music, and their live shows. The band rouses crowds and brings a strong rock alchemy.
Expect to hear songs from Black Sabbath, Soundgarden, Foo Fighters, Nirvana, Led Zeppelin, or Motorhead at any of the shows. However, when they break out an original, it sounds like their own style and it rocks to the core. Their songs feature interesting lyrics, riff-rich guitar, and choruses that stay in your mind. "Day of Colors," is Karmachain's new rock single, played on Lithium and Octane channels on Sirius XM radio.

Abbe Davis has performed with band, Sordid Fable in Florida, as well as her originals band in NYC and Boston, Karma Daze. She has played the Parkland Memorial Concert with Sordid Fable in South Florida, the Miami River Blues Festival (with her previous blues band, Southern Reach) alongside Buddy Guy. Since 2017 with Kreig Marks, Abbe is the co-editor of Trurockrevival.com, a top online international rock and roll magazine. She has interviewed Sir Brian May of Queen, Mark Farner from Grand Funk Railroad, as well as Jimmie Vaughan with the Fabulous Thunderbirds, Brian Johnson/Angus Young from AC/DC, Paul Rodgers of Bad Company, Lita Ford, Geddy Lee from RUSH, James Hetfield from Metallica, and many others. Says Abbe, 'I love speaking to names in music who have inspired me. I enjoy finding out how they went about the whole music path or process, and what they learned. These people paved the way for all of us to play music.'

Karmachain's much-awaited EP will be out soon. I got to hear demos of two songs on it. "Come On, Cmon" nods to Van Halen and AC/DC with a classic rock arena aura, and I dig that chorus. "Dashboard" hit me! The tune flawlessly fuses metal, classic rock, and grunge. Mystical, intriguing and the vocals soar. It may just be their signature thumbprint ahead. I am looking forward to hearing their six song EP in the coming months."
