Known for their live shows and fearless sound, Karmachain blends classic rock with a Grunge arena twist, delivering fiercely original music.Fronted by powerhouse vocalist Abbe Davis, Karmachain is driven by the primal drums of Matt Livengood, fiery riffs of Matt Brown on guitar, and the thunderous bass pocket of Tolber Nounce. This band has a wall of sound that commands attention.Breakout single, “Day of Colors,” has already turned heads on SiriusXM’s Octane and Lithium stations, earning the band a growing national audience. The band's sound is often compared to Led Zeppelin, Soundgarden, the Who and Boston by industry PR as of late. However, when you listen to demos of the songs about to be released in the Winter, their sound is also uniquely their own.Offstage, Abbe brings a deep connection to the rock world as a part time promoter, and the editor of trurockrevival.com, where (since 2017) she has interviewed icons ranging from Geddy Lee (Rush) and James Hetfield (Metallica) to Lita Ford, Mark Farner (Grand Funk Railroad), Jimmie Vaughan, John Mellencamp, Brian May, and Bryan Adams as well as Plush and Volbeat. With a new EP set to drop in Winter 2025, Karmachain is poised to unleash a collection of songs that capture the grit of classic rock and grunge music.Upon listening to some of upcoming singles, my personal favorites are, "Come On, C'mon" a driving arena type of rock song that hits you between the eyes, strong riff, strong feel and vibey. It is great to hear them bring it down for, "Let Me," a memorable rock ballad that fuses a Led Zeppelin meets Janis Joplin type of soulful edge; Abbe's voice all emotion, and great songwriting to boot. "Dashboard" is on fire and I believe it sets this bands unique sound apart, the riffs, unexpected bridge and overall rock sound is exciting. I can't wait for Karmachain to release this edgy rock EP.-Jason YarroTru Rock Revival Magazine, national editor
